No. You can use a standalone Nowtical booking page or add the booking widget to your existing website. If you need a simple site for your school, talk to us about that too.
What kinds of activities can I offer?

Can my team use it on a phone?
Yes. Nowtical is cloud-based and works in a modern browser, so there is nothing to install. Your team can check the schedule and manage bookings from a phone, tablet or computer.
Can customers see live availability?
Yes. Your booking page shows the lessons you have published and the available places, helping customers choose and book without waiting for you to reply.
How long does setup take?
That depends on the number of activities and locations you run, but the process is designed to be straightforward. We help you set up your school, classes and booking flow so you can start with confidence.
How is pricing billed?
The prices shown on our website are monthly equivalents billed yearly and exclude VAT. If you are unsure which plan fits, book a walkthrough and we will help you choose.
